At Karting Supply, we understand that sometimes an item isn’t quite what you expected. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) in its original condition within 30 days of your order for a full refund or exchange. Please Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must include tracking information when returning items to us.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened software and video games unless they arrive damaged or defective. We also cannot accept any returned merchandise after 30 days from the date of purchase, nor can we take back any used goods (unless they were damaged or defective upon arrival).

Our team will provide further instructions for returning the item(s) and processing your refund or exchange. Or you can start a return from your account dashboard.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We ship orders with UPS/FEDEX/USPS usually with SAME-DAY shipping.
